Its summer and everyone enjoying it on two wheels, is being reminded that they must follow all traffic rules.
Any vehicle, including bicycles, moving slower than the flow of traffic, should keep to the right-hand lane or as close as safely possible to the right edge of the road—unless turning left, passing, traveling faster than nearby vehicles, or if the lane is too narrow to safely share.
