Construction will begin later this month on a section of the Elora Cataract Trail, to connect Hillsburgh with Erin’s new Water Resource Recovery Facility.
The 21.8 million project includes installing water and wastewater mains and replacing 26 aging stormwater culverts.
The work is expected to be completed by late summer 2026, the Town will also restore the trail and plant approximately 21,000 trees.
The trail section between Trafalgar Road and Main Street/Wellington Road 124 will be closed during construction.
