Dufferin OPP have arrested a Melancthon resident for impaired driving, after a crash involving three children.
Dufferin OPP responded to the collision on Monday around 8:30 p.m. near 270 Sideroad in Melancthon Township.
Officers found signs of impairment in the driver, who was found to have more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system.
He faces two impaired driving-related charges, A woman involved was also charged with obstructing a peace officer.
