Beyond the school day, Orangeville’s crossing guards also lend a hand at local events, including Boo! on Broadway and the Santa Claus Parade, making them a key part of the town’s community fabric.
The Town encourages residents to show their appreciation with a smile, wave, or thank-you when they see a crossing guard this week.
