The Helson Gallery is now showcasing Shifting Grounds: The Art of Uncertainty, a powerful new exhibition.
Featuring works by 43 Halton Hills artists, the show delves into themes of unpredictability, change, and the human experience amidst today’s shifting economic, political, and environmental landscapes. The collection includes painting, photography, sculpture, drawing, and mixed media, each offering a unique take on how we adapt to an uncertain world.
“Shifting Grounds: The Art of Uncertainty explores a variety of perspectives from our talented local artists,” says Halton Hills Mayor Ann Lawlor. “This exhibition highlights the creativity within our community and encourages us to consider how to navigate complex realities.”
It’s running until Sunday, July 13th.
The Helson Gallery is located at 9 Church Street in Georgetown and is open Wednesday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
