He is described as 5’8’’, 155lbs, brown hair, black jacket, grey pants, and black shoes. He was last seen on Hwy 403 at the Burloak exit on May 10th. On May 12th at about 3:30 p.m., a member of the public reported that they possibly saw Matthew walking eastbound on Concession Road 2-3 towards Grand Valley. That person was wearing a Black Baseball Cap with a subdued Canadian Flag on the front of the hat, Dark clothing, and a Black Backpack. The person was Reported to be polite and coherent.
