On February 10th, Dufferin OPP was patrolling the area of Fourth Ave in Orangeville. A traffic stop was initiated due to the absence of a front license plate. The driver provided police with a fictitious name and an investigation revealed that the real driver of the vehicle was driving while prohibited.
A 24-year-old male from Dundalk has been charged with Operation While Prohibited, Obstructing a Peace Officer and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville.
