The Orangeville Public Library, in partnership with the Dufferin County Canadian Black Association is hosting retired captain Kevin Junor on Thursday, February 13th. Junor will be sharing the stories of No. 2 Construction Battalion, the only all-Black battalion on Canadian military history.
