
The Town of Erin is hosting a statutory public meeting tomorrow (May 9th) at 6:30 p.m. at the Hillsburgh Community Centre.
The meeting will include an application to amend the Zoning Bylaw for 63 and 63A Trafalgar Road.
The applicants are proposing a 662-unit residential subdivision, including 376 single detached homes, 218 townhouses and 68 back-to-back townhouses.
There are also plans for future seniors housing, parks, trailheads, woodlots and a water tower.
Those desiring to ask questions or make comments at the meeting respecting this application are encouraged to pre-register by emailing clerks@erin.ca.
