Caledon OPP have charged a driver with Impaired Operation following a collision on Dixie Road near Old School Road in Caledon.
The lone occupant of the vehicle sustained minor injuries.
During the course of the investigation, officers formed grounds that the driver’s ability to operate a vehicle was impaired by alcohol.
A 36 year-old from Brampton, was charged with:
• Operation while impaired
• Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
• Having care or control of a motor vehicle with open container of liquor
Their driver’s licence was also suspended for a period of 90 days and the vehicle was impounded.
