The latest COVID-19 stats for Milton and Halton are now available.
Two additional deaths are shown in the totals. Both deaths were Burlington residents, putting the city at 208 total deaths. Milton remains at 87 total deaths. Oakville remains at 148 total deaths. Halton Hills remains at 75. Halton is now at 518 deaths total from COVID-19.
Across Halton, there are 76 new cases. The total number of cases is up to 58,974. There have been 1,827 total hospitalizations in Halton and 518 deaths.
In Milton, we had 13 new cases. That brings us to 15,109 total cases. There have been 413 total hospitalizations in Milton and 87 deaths.
There are currently no outbreaks reported in Milton.
Looking at vaccination numbers, a total of 1,547,554 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Halton. 1,380,362 of the doses were to Halton residents.
