The deadline is coming up to apply for this years Dufferin County Community Grant Program!
The Program aims to support local not-for-profit and charitable organizations in completing projects that benefit residents and serve priority areas.
Last year, 17 groups received grants from the County totaling $120,000, read more about that here.
“Dufferin County staff are committed to making our community a safe, healthy and successful place for all, and our local not-for-profit sector plays an important role in helping us as we work to achieve this,” says Sonya Pritchard, Chief Administrative Officer, Dufferin County.
“Not-for-profit and charitable organizations are invited to apply to receive support for the work they do to better our community.”
The County has identified the following strategic priorities for the 2023 grant round:
- Climate Action
- Cultural Enhancement
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Economic Development
- Youth and Seniors Services
- Food
Completed application packages can be submitted to info@dufferincounty.ca by 11:59 pm on February 27th, 2023.
