The Milton Menace are getting ready for a road trip to Brantford.
The Menace will take on the 99ers on Thursday, January 26th. The last time the two teams played each other was on Sunday, December 18th when the 99ers shut the Menace out 3-0.
The Milton Menace are 24-12-1-2 over 39 games this season, giving them 51-points on the season. They are in fourth place of the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) North/West Conference, up two points over the Pickering Panthers with two games in hand. The Menace are led by the play of Aidan Hughes, who has 23-goals and 38-assists in 39-games played. You can check out the team’s player stats here.
The 99ers are struggling to get through this season. The team has 44-games, with a record of 5-37-0-2. They have just 12-points this season, placing them last in the North/West Conference, and 20th out of 21 teams across the entire OJHL. Their leading scorer is Andrew Vermeulen, who has played just 30-games this season while splitting time in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). Thursday’s game will be at the Gretzky Main Arena in Brantford. Game-time is slated for 7:30 p.m.
