A 60-year-old man from Wasaga Beach is facing charges of driving under the influence after crashing his car in Melancthon Township.
Dufferin OPP say they responded to a report of a single vehicle collision on County Road 17 shortly after 6:00 p.m. Tuesday evening.
Police say the driver was taken by ambulance to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect was also served with a 90 day suspension, and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
He is scheduled to make an appearance in court later this month.
