On September 14, 2022, at approximately 12:41 p.m., Caledon OPP responded to a report of an unresponsive male outside a residential property on Castlederg Side Road.
The initial investigation revealed that a worker was hit by a heavy piece of equipment, and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Ontario Ministry of Labour has been notified, and the OPP Forensic Identification Unit are assisting with the investigation.
