A Shelburne man accused of first-degree murder will be back in court in the new year.
32 year old Wazhir Gafoor was granted an extension after a request for remand on Monday (dec6).
The charge stems from the death of 36-year-old Christina Yadram on October 10.
Her body was located in a wooded area near Scugog Lane in Johnston Harbour.
