As the temperatures start to drop and snow begins to enter our forecast, ski resorts and hills across Canada will begin to open very soon.
FM101 spoke to Paul Pinchback, the President and CEO of the Canadian Ski Council about safety precautions and what skiers and snowboarders need to know, ahead of this upcoming season.
Mr.Pinchback also added that those who take part are reminded that the usual requests for adherence to the alpine responsibility code, as well as respecting your fellow skier or snowboarder, are the best ways to insure safety and fun on the hills this season.
