Every year at McDonald’s locations in Canada, the Outstanding Manager of the Year award is given to recipients to recognize their hard work, dedication, and commitment to McDonald’s Canada, as well as it’s customers.
Celebrating his 20th anniversary working at McDonalds this past July, Julian has always lead by example, and done so with a smile on his face.
We caught up with Julian, to reflect on his time with the franchise.
Back in 2012, A past manager of Julian’s received the Outstanding Manager of the Year award, and ever since, it has been his goal to attain it.
