As of this past Friday(June 12), it is mandatory to wear a face covering when entering a retail or commercial establishment with some exceptions.
Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health’s Dr. Nicola Mercer announced the requirements as the region entered stage 2 of the provinces gradual re-opening.
Mike Davis, owner of Circle K at the corner of Dawson and Townline in Orangeville says, people are still getting used to the rules.
He says for the most part his customers have been very compliant with the new safety requirements.
