Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health is reporting 3 more deaths at Shelburne Residence since Monday (May 4), totalling to 18 deaths.
Since then, Public Health has also announced 2 more resolved cases at the long term care facility.
There have been a total of 82 COVID-19 cases at Shelburne Residence, 55 among residents and 27 among staff.
At Dufferin Oaks Long Term Care Home, the death toll remains the same at 2 residents and there’s been a total of 4 cases among residents and 6 cases among staff members.
There are now 4 resolved cases in Dufferin Oaks.
In the general Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph population, there’s now a total of 321 coronavirus cases: 52 in Wellington County, 140 in Dufferin County and 121 in Guelph.
