Owner of Plumbs Up Plumbing and Drains and master plumber, Keith Hunt thinks of his trade as the ultimate puzzle.
What you see is just the symptom, it’s not always the root cause says Hunt.
He also busts the myth that skilled trades exclusively involve physical labour, so if you want to get involved in new construction plumbing, expect to crunch some numbers too.
Hunt says a big part of service plumbing is customer service. He adds a service plumber should always be friendly, prepared to deal with many types of people and respectfully explain what’s wrong with their plumbing.
