Caledon has some beautiful autumn scenery but OPP are asking motorists to do their part.
Caledon OPP is particularly doubling down its presence in the Cheltenham Badlands as the Mars-like landscape attracts a lot of visitors in the fall.
Police are asking badland visitors to park at the Terra Cotta Conservation Area and take the shuttle to the site.
On top of that, police remind visitors and motorists in the area to avoid snapping pictures while driving, watch out for increased pedestrian activity, don’t park in the no parking zone and refrain from breaking on leaves as they can be slippery as ice when wet.
